We are passionate to support and give back to Indigenous Australian Farming communities. We will continue to promote Australian Native Extracts in our skincare, and highlight their powerful skincare properties.
We carefully choose our hero Australian Native Extracts, Kakadu Plum and Sandalwood Seed, from Northern and Western Australian Indigenous farming communities.
Kakadu Plum - Australian Native Extract
Kakadu Plum is found in Northern and Western Australia.
The Aboriginal communities of Australia were well aware of Kakadu Plum's powerful health benefits and healing properties.
For thousands of years Aboriginal people ate the fruit as a source of bush food and used it as traditional medicine.
Studies have shown that Kakadu Plum holds the highest Vitamin C concentration in the natural world.
Vitamin C - Kakadu Plum fruit holds the highest natural source of Vitamin C in the natural world. With concentrations 2300-3100mg/100g wet weight, occassionally up to 5300mg/100g. Compared with 50mg/100g of Vitamin C found in Oranges.
Natural Vitamin C helps to brighten and even out skin tone, it may also help with signs of aging including pigmentation and wrinkles.
Gallic Acid - is a antioxidant that helps to protect against free radicals and environmental toxins. It is also known to help to clear pimple causing bacteria.
Tryptophan - is a Amino Acid that assists in the skin's natural regeneration processes. Potentially, rebuilding new and healthy skin cells.
Flavone-C-Glycoside - The skin needs antioxidants to protect the skin from breaking down. Flavone-C-Glycoside provides potential stabilization of the Vitamin C concentration and intensifies the activity of Vitamin C.

Sandalwood is found in Western Australian semi-arid lands.
The Aboriginal communities of Australia have long understood the unique benefits and healing properties of Australian Sandalwood.
Sandalwood was used in Aboriginal communities for thousands of years, Aboriginal people chewed on the nuts to release the active ingredient and create a paste. This was then used for skin treatments for protecting and healing skin wounds and soothing aching joints.
Studies have shown that Sandalwood Seed contains one of the rarest fatty acids found in the natural world - Ximenynic Acid. It is a anti-bacterial and anti inflammatory, which is known to help with sensitive and acne prone skin.
Ximenynic Acid - a hero fatty acid that helps to reduce sebum secretion (oily skin), it helps to increase micro-circulation of skin, decrease skin oiliness, helps to reduce enlarged pores and provide even skin tone and firmness.
Omega 3 - (a-Linolenic Acid) appears to improve skin barrier function, sealing in moisture and keeping out irritants. Deeply moisturising.
Omega 9 - (Oleic Acid) helps to maintain the level of hydration within the dermis. Which can help to improve electricity of the skin, leaving the skin looking plump and youthful.
